In this article, we will show you how to cancel your subscription as a participant. To cancel a subscription, you must first call up your order with the Digistore24 Order Finder.
Find Order
First, you need to call up your order.

Required Data
Depending on your payment method, you will need different data to call up your order.

Perform Cancellation
Now click on the text “Cancel”.
Confirm your decision by clicking “Ok”.
You have now been redirected to a new page. Please enter the reason for your cancellation in the designated field and confirm your entry by clicking “Stop payments and lose access later”.
Finally, confirm your cancellation by clicking “Ok”.
